I was at a shop selling elemental objects, such as a witch shop owned by some lesbians and pro women women. I was looking around for a headpiece or a necklace or earrings because all of their collection was always so beautiful, but I couldn’t seem to pick anything. The shop was in Mystic. The shop owner finally came over to recommend the book section hidden in the back of the store. She went back there, and when she returned, she had a book with a beautiful architectural cover and an accompanying decorative container. I was getting ready to cash out when she told me there were court proceedings the store had to go through because some political figure wanted to push down on them. This figure’s administration had the list of all of their customers, and I was warned we might be summoned as witnesses if we ever had to “come forward.” I knew I wouldn’t have to because I love the store. While looking at the earrings, one of the incense style earrings fell and broke. This happened before I purchased the book. The book was very expensive, but I was still going forward with buying it because I wanted Something representative of the shop when I was finished I walked out to the parking lot to look for my car. And another part of the dream I was in a store where only Black people were shopping for clothes, other objects. I remember feeling comfortable, more comfortable than normal around others looking through the clothes I couldn’t find anything there either I wanted in particular so I pardoned myself and as one woman was moving out of the way, I said no thank you and pointed to another clearing among the customers I could take.
